Feature Highlights

Release 1.4.6 is addressing several urgent production defects:

1. Issue with the activity monitor when some records was stuck showing outdated data (i.e. stuck in received status)

2. Various issues with Master Id Index Service

3. Issue with verify retry functionality for deleted studies

4. Issue with error message for retry operation

5. Missing browser favicon for DIR Link app

6. Issue with not receiving studies when user deactivated their facility

System improvements:

1. Add log filtering capability ungraded to only send audit logs to the event logger to prevent the event logger db size to rapidly increase and sites dont run into issues of event logger db size increase

2. Enable retry for QIDO call and scanner mapping
