Import Scanners

This feature allows scanner data migration from the Site Server to the AAI on Connect.

  1. Import scanner details from the Site Server or list out the details of all their scanners in any CSV/excel file and import them to the AAI app using the Import Scanners button.
  2. After uploading the CSV/excel file, the app will detect the column names from the scanner export file from the Site Server and AAI app and will auto-map the columns.

  3. If the uploaded CSV/excel file has other column names that are not present in the Site Server or the AAI scanner export, then the app will not be able to auto map and require to manually map the scanner detail columns.



  4. During the import, the AAI app will check the existing scanner and facility mapping for any conflict between the existing data and the data being imported and notify the user. If no conflict is found, the import process will add all the scanners and map them with facility IDs included in the CSV/Excel file.
