New Features & Enhancements
1. Submission Visibility Across Site Users
Site users can now view submissions made by other site users if they are assigned to the same site and trial.

- Who it affects: All users within the CTSU and Clinical Trials domains.
- What’s new: When accessing a site & trial, site users who have the same site and trial assignment will see a list of other site user submissions located in the submission history.
- Why it matters: This is a request from stakeholders to help improve collaboration & visibility amongst users.
2. User Registration Process Update
The process for registering Clinical Trials users has been streamlined.

- Previous method: Account registration was handled through the TRIAD web portal.
- New method: Registration will now be managed through the Registration Management System (RMS).
- Benefits: This change simplifies user onboarding and aligns with broader system integration efforts across platforms.

- For project managers: Ensure your site users are aware of the new site visibility feature.
- For New User Registration: Please follow the updated RMS process for account creation.
