Clinical Data Workflow

  1. Click “Select” button on “Structured Clinical Data” feature.

  2. The upload page displays. You can now drag and drop your clinical data file or click the “Upload File(s)” button in the top right. 

  3. Upon uploading, the file displays in the import list.

    Note: For CANDID -4-AI project only: If you attempt to upload a clinical  data file without first uploading an MRN/Base Exam Date file, the following message displays: 

  4. At this point you can:
    1. Click “Next” to proceed with the submission
    2. Click ”Cancel” to return to the import list
    3. Click the trash icon to delete the file

  5. Upon clicking “Next”, you are prompted to map your data. If a Medical Record Number (MRN) is in your data, “Yes” will be pre-selected. Select “Medical Record Number” from the dropdown and click “Next”.

  6. Confirm your mapping by clicking “OK”.  Alternatively, you can click “Back” to return to the mapping function.

  7. You will see the data anonymization process run. See CANDID-4-AI Clinical Data at the bottom of this section for specific project behavior

  8. Once anonymized, you can:
    1. Click “Anonymization Preview” to preview and confirm the anonymization the clinical data
    2. Click “Download” to download the anonymized file
    3. Click ”Cancel” to return to the import list
    4. Click the trash icon to delete the file
    5. Click “Submit” to proceed with the submission NOTE: It is strongly recommended you preview the anonymized data before submission

  9. Anonymization Preview shows the anonymization of the MRN and other data points, if applicable to the data protocol of your project
  10. Upon submission, the file is queued.

  11. Click “Submission Monitor” in the message to view a list of submissions and their status.
