- Click “Select” button on “Structured Clinical Data” feature.
- The upload page displays. You can now drag and drop your clinical data file or click the “Upload File(s)” button in the top right.
- Upon uploading, the file displays in the import list.
Note: For CANDID -4-AI project only: If you attempt to upload a clinical data file without first uploading an MRN/Base Exam Date file, the following message displays: - At this point you can:
- Click “Next” to proceed with the submission
- Click ”Cancel” to return to the import list
- Click the trash icon to delete the file
- Upon clicking “Next”, you are prompted to map your data. If a Medical Record Number (MRN) is in your data, “Yes” will be pre-selected. Select “Medical Record Number” from the dropdown and click “Next”.
- Confirm your mapping by clicking “OK”. Alternatively, you can click “Back” to return to the mapping function.
- You will see the data anonymization process run. See CANDID-4-AI Clinical Data at the bottom of this section for specific project behavior
- Once anonymized, you can:
- Click “Anonymization Preview” to preview and confirm the anonymization the clinical data
- Click “Download” to download the anonymized file
- Click ”Cancel” to return to the import list
- Click the trash icon to delete the file
- Click “Submit” to proceed with the submission NOTE: It is strongly recommended you preview the anonymized data before submission
- Anonymization Preview shows the anonymization of the MRN and other data points, if applicable to the data protocol of your project
- Upon submission, the file is queued.
- Click “Submission Monitor” in the message to view a list of submissions and their status.
