The Dose Index Registry Link (DIR Link) application is used to transmit radiation dose information to the American College of Radiology (ACR) and the National Radiology Data Registry (NRDR-DIR).
The DIR Link application is accessed through ACR Connect, a local, multi-user system that has been installed, maintained and controlled by hospitals.
The application leverages several shared services provided by the ACR Connect platform – such as DICOM Service, DICOM Anonymization Service, Data Manager Service, and Upload Manager Service.
The DIR Link application is supported on both Linux and Windows operating systems via ACR Connect.
Currently only RDSRs are currently accepted. Secondary Captures are not accepted at this time.
