MRN/Base Exam Date

For CANDD-4-AI projects only:

The MRN/ Base Exam Date file must be uploaded prior to uploading any clinical data or DICOM imaging date.  The Base Exam Date is the patient’s last CT exam. This date is normalized to January 1, 1960 (01/Jan/1960) and used to calculate a date offset to anonymize all subsequent exam dates

1.  Click “Select” button on “Structured Clinical Data” to view the upload page.
   
   
2.  You can now drag and drop your MRN/Base Exam Data file or click the “Upload File(s)” button in the top right. This file must be a CSV and be formatted with the headers as shown below. The contents of the REFDATE field must be formatted as a date field.
