- Launch TRIAD Site Server from the following path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Acr\TriadSiteServer\Bin\Acr.Triad.SiteServer.Console - Select the settings option (symbolized by the wrench icon) for the desired site to export
- In the Activate Domain / DICOM Listener Info window, select the Scanner-Facility Mapping button
- In the Scanner-Facility Mapping window, select the Scanner Mapping tab. Then select the Export button
- Save the file with any desired name, in either Excel or CSV format.
